- Experience leading regional/global talent initiatives with measurable results.
- Knowledge of AI-related workforce changes and capability building.
Responsabilidades
- Translate business strategy into talent outcomes across the EMEA region.
- Lead workforce and leadership development programs and succession planning.
- Drive talent reviews, leadership pipelines, and mobility across countries.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on organizational design and transformation.
