MaintainX is hiring a Product Support Representative to establish our EMEA support team. You will support customers across Europe during their working day, handling the full range of incoming questions, product issues and escalations.

You will also become a trusted product-support partner for selected strategic accounts, learning their workflows and helping their Customer Success Managers keep important work moving. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role.

Qualifications

• Experience independently supporting business customers using SaaS products.
• Structured troubleshooting approach from impact to resolution.
• Clear written and spoken English to guide users and admins.

Responsabilités

• Own customer requests from initial response through resolution and follow-up.
• Troubleshoot product behavior and customer workflows across web and mobile apps.
• Manage the EMEA queue by priority, urgency and service commitments.
