Zusammenfassung

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an Employee Experience & Continuous Improvement Analyst for EMEA-Spain to coordinate, implement and continuously improve the Employee Experience programme within Customer Success.

The role focuses on five pillars—wellbeing and support, motivation and recognition, community and belonging, social responsibility, and business synergy—and turns feedback into tangible improvements across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant education or practical experience in HR, psychology, business, communications, L&D, or organisational development.
• 1–2 years of experience in Employee Experience, engagement, People Operations, L&D, internal communications, change management, or a comparable programme role.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes and translating insights into action across markets.

Aufgaben

• Own the annual EMEA Employee Experience roadmap and calendar across the five programme pillars.
• Maintain governance for approvals, budgets, communications, inclusion, privacy, vendors, and monthly leadership reviews.
• Facilitate or coordinate Voice of Employee mechanisms, identify trends, friction points, and opportunities.
• Turn insight into action plans with owners, dates, and measures; track completion and communicate outcomes.
• Maintain recognition channels and programmes with clear criteria and indicators.
• Coordinate wellbeing, cultural, community, and social-responsibility activities across markets.
• Build a supervisor/manager ambassador network with briefing packs and templates.
• Partner with BI to develop reporting across surveys and employee journey insights.
