Boston Scientific in Madrid, ES, is seeking a Graduate in LATITUDE and Neuromodulation Customer Support EMEA to join an international team. You will provide remote and on-site support to patients and clinicians, ensuring proper setup and use of LATITUDE Remote Monitoring and neuromodulation equipment.

You will educate and assist customers via phone and written correspondence, help optimize clinic workflows, and deliver high-quality support experiences in a fast-growing global environment.

Formación

• Languages: fluent in English, German and Italian; Dutch a plus.
• Experience or ability to work in an international support environment.
• Strong focus on patient safety and quality processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide global support to clinicians and patients via multiple channels (phone, email, etc.).
• Offer remote assistance to LATITUDE Remote Monitoring and neuromodulation equipment.
• Educate, support and train customers and patients through calls and written communication.
• Document inquiries and contribute to qualification materials and training content.
• Develop proficiency in LATITUDE Remote Monitoring and neuromodulation support processes.
