Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to support end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries. You will focus on accurate data entry, validation, and coordination with local vendors to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree and typically 3–6 years of direct payroll experience.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; HRIS (Workday/ADP).
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations; confidential data handling.
  • Experience with Workday and ADP preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries/entities using ADP Celergo platform and in-country partners.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to align payroll data across HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Resolve payroll issues and inquiries from cross-functional teams and employees.
  • Support payroll relationships with ADP Celergo and in-country partners.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and internal processes.
  • Document and maintain in-country payroll procedures.
  • Identify and implement payroll improvement opportunities.
