American Express is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the Colleague Servicing Team in Madrid. You will deliver accurate, compliant payroll across multiple EMEA markets, supporting end-to-end processes and engaging with vendors and stakeholders.

The role requires 3-5 years in payroll, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication. You will partner with internal teams to optimize controls and drive payroll improvements in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
