Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. You will manage a multi-level payroll team and partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and supports process improvements, audits, and KPI tracking while maintaining alignment with Danaher's governance standards. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or related field.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience with EMEA focus.
• 3–5 years in leading payroll teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
• CPP certification and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll cycles across MEDNA region.
• Approve payroll payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with tax and labor laws.
• Lead payroll team performance and capacity planning.
• Provide reports and insights to HR and Finance.
