Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7–9 years of payroll experience, CPP certification, and strong leadership. Remote work is available with cross-functional responsibilities across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR.
• 7–9 years' payroll experience with focus on EMEA.
• 3–5 years' experience in complex EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for the MEDNA region and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Lead audits and prepare audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements; oversee payments.
• Develop and coach payroll team performance; monitor KPIs and process improvements.
