Danaher is seeking an experienced Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across the MEDNA region. You will drive accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

You will supervise a multi-level payroll team, manage audits, and improve processes. Remote work options are available for eligible roles, with location flexibility in Spain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources or 7–9 years payroll experience
• 3–5 years experience handling complex EMEA payrolls with tax, compliance, and labor law focus
• CPP certification and proven leadership in payroll teams
• Strategic thinking for payroll issue resolution with timing and tax considerations

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely processing.
• Approve payroll-related payments in jurisdiction as applicable.
• Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and processes.
• Prepare external/internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
