Parameta Solutions is seeking a motivated New Business Sales Manager based in Madrid to drive growth across EMEA buy-side clients. You will identify, develop, and convert new opportunities with asset managers, hedge funds, and insurers through consultative sales and tailored demonstrations.

Experience in B2B sales within financial services or market data.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across EMEA buy-side clients.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through the full cycle.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and data requirements.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive client engagement and revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
