Job summary

Parameta Solutions is seeking a motivated New Business Sales Manager to drive growth in financial data and analytics for EMEA buy-side clients. Based in Madrid, you will identify, develop, and convert opportunities with asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and insurers.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Solutions to tailor demonstrations and proposals, helping clients make informed investment and risk decisions while expanding revenue and client base.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales or new business development within financial services, market data, or fintech.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth objectives.
Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders across the buy-side.
Consultative selling approach to identify client needs and propose solutions.
Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process and maintaining pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across EMEA buy-side clients.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from outreach to contract execution.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and data needs.
Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations of Parameta Solutions’ offerings.
Collaborate with SDRs to maximize lead conversion and ensure a seamless client experience.
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Client Solutions teams to support engagement and growth.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
