Job summary

Incubeta Group in Madrid is seeking a Lead Data & Analytics Consultant to evolve from tactical planning to high-level business strategy. You will grow key client relationships and position our data and analytics expertise to maximize business value, guiding marketing intelligence maturity across Southern Europe.

You will lead workshops, deliver strategic roadmaps, and champion innovative data solutions to optimize client performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, consultancy, or client management.
• Proven track record of business development gained at a media agency or advertiser level.
• Deep understanding of the media and customer lifecycle, and how to measure, target, and optimize audience strategy.
• Sound understanding of the Southern European (and specifically Spanish) online advertising industry, including the tech provider landscape and programmatic media buying.
• Advanced Platform Knowledge across GA4, GA360, GTM, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Cloud solutions (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Growth: Achieve year-on-year GP growth targets by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client accounts.
• Own Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with high-tier clients, serving as the strategic partner for their marketing intelligence journey.
• Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Define and deliver long-term roadmaps that advance clients' data maturity and align with business objectives.
• Lead Pitches & New Business: Support business development by crafting value propositions, creating assets, and presenting technical expertise during pitches.
• Facilitate Client Workshops: Run cross-functional workshops, translating complex technical frameworks into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
• Craft Insight Narratives: Leverage data analysis and visualizations to build marketing narratives guiding client budgeting and media decisions.
• Champion Tech Innovation: Advocate for cutting-edge solutions to optimize client business performance.
• Establish Client Governance: Implement regular performance reviews, roadmap meetings, and strategic business reviews with client-servicing teams.
• Apply Strategic Frameworks: Use SWOT, SCQA to understand client organizations and deliver evidence-backed proposals.
• Oversee Project Quality: Manage scopes, timelines, and milestones while guiding junior profiles and data engineers.
