Zusammenfassung

Eaton Mobility Group is seeking a Corporate Accounting Leader for EMEA Mobility to be based in Poland (Bielsko-Biała or Tczew). You will supervise ledgers, ensure month-end close, and drive compliance and standardization across the region.

Strong collaboration with COEs, GFSS, and finance teams is essential to support strategic initiatives. The role requires a Master’s in accounting/finance (or equivalent) with 3+ years in accounting/finance, experience with US GAAP and SOX, and fluent business

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience; leadership experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and SOX; strong financial controls.

Aufgaben

• Supervise ledgers within Mobility division and ensure timely reporting in scope countries.
• Support compliance, policy standardization, and internal controls across EMEA Mobility.
• Collaborate with COE, GFSS, and finance teams on strategic regional initiatives.
• Drive process improvements through standardization and automation within the zone.
