Job summary

Eaton Mobility Group is seeking a Corporate Accounting Leader for EMEA Mobility to be based in Poland (Bielsko-Biała or Tczew). You will supervise ledgers, ensure month-end close, and drive compliance and standardization across the region.

Strong collaboration with COEs, GFSS, and finance teams is essential to support strategic initiatives. The role requires a Master’s in accounting/finance (or equivalent) with 3+ years in accounting/finance, experience with US GAAP and SOX, and fluent business

• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience; leadership experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and SOX; strong financial controls.

Responsibilities

We make what matters workEaton’s Mobility Group is currently seeking a Corporate Accounting Leader - EMEA Mobility to join our team in Bilesko-Biała or Tczew, Poland.What you’ll do:The Corporate Accounting Leader - EMEA Mobility will provide support for all Mobility ledgers related matters. This role will have a strong focus on compliance, standardization of financial processes within the division and will act as first level escalation for all corporate matters in the zone while working closely with GFSS, COE and finance teams.• Principal responsibility for this position is to supervise all ledgers in the divisino developing a detailed understanding of the ledgers and acting as point of contact for all matters.• Responsible for all reporting for the countries in scope and other compliance• Act as first point of escalation for various matters ( special projects, SCM and PTP issues etc.)• Ensure control environment.
