Job summary

CONCILIAT is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the EMEA Finance team of a multinational company. You will report to the Head of Finance and lead the accounting operations for Spain, ensuring accurate, complete and timely financial records across entities.

The role covers month-end close, GL reconciliations, AP/AR, treasury support, internal controls and audits, plus team leadership. You will collaborate with Tax, Reporting and Project Finance to align accounting with business objectives,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
10+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in international environments.
Strong knowledge of IFRS; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting across EMEA entities, ensuring accurate and timely records.
Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes in line with group policies.
Manage general ledger, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and journal entries.
Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes for timely invoicing and collections.
Support Treasury activities, cash management and banking reconciliations.
Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance; coordinate audits.
Lead and develop the accounting team; drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, Reporting and Project Finance to align activities.
