• Good administrative discipline and attention to detail.

• Exposure to reporting, data analysis, customer operations, or AI tools would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support business administration activities across the Customer Service function, including meeting coordination, action tracking, document preparation, and follow-up management.
• Assist in maintaining operational trackers, governance records, reporting packs, and service performance documentation.
• Collect, clean, organise, and analyse data relating to customer service performance, including backlog, turnaround time, service trends, and customer experience indicators.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentation materials for operational and management reviews.
• Support root-cause analysis by identifying recurring themes, performance gaps, and operational issues requiring attention.
• Help document processes, standard operating procedures, and workflow updates to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Apply AI tools to support data interpretation, summarisation, reporting efficiency, administrative productivity, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support the identification of automation or simplification opportunities within customer service reporting and administrative workflows.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather information, validate data, and support customer service improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects linked to service governance, operational excellence, and business process improvement.
