HP Inc. is offering a Customer Operations Intern position in Spain. You will support order fulfillment processes, collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams, and help improve data accuracy and reporting. The program welcomes motivated students enrolled in a Spanish university, with flexible part-time options.

Ideal candidates communicate well in English (German a plus), are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, and show initiative and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field in a University based in Spain.
• Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Business Operations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Support backlog management, monitor tools, and assist in reporting for customers and account teams.
• Assist invoicing, order closure, and data quality efforts; help resolve billing issues.
• Provide order status updates and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Credit & Collection teams.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects to gain business understanding.
• Deliver tasks timely and align with HP internal policies and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Operations.
