Taxbit is seeking a senior market development leader to drive new logo growth and brand presence across EMEA. You will nurture relationships with crypto exchanges, fintechs, and ecosystem partners, shaping partnerships and revenue opportunities in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build a market presence, leverage an extensive network, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute scalable go-to-market programs throughout Europe.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Deep, credible experience in the digital asset ecosystem with knowledge of market structure and regulatory dynamics.
• Established network across global crypto/fintech leaders with ability to open doors and create opportunities.
• Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-party partnerships or enterprise agreements.
• Strong executive presence to engage and influence C-level stakeholders in large organizations.
• Experience in international markets with understanding of the European regulatory landscape.
• Native fluency in a major European language and fluent English; additional languages valued.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own strategic relationships with senior leaders across crypto exchanges, brokers, fintech platforms, and digital asset infrastructure providers in EMEA.
• Identify and execute high-impact partnerships driving new logo acquisition and long-term revenue growth.
• Leverage a broad network to generate pipeline and accelerate market entry in key European jurisdictions.
• Advise prospects and partners on evolving regulatory requirements (CARF, DAC8, etc.).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Alliances to align go-to-market strategy and close complex deals.
• Create and scale Taxbit’s Global Advisory Network across jurisdictions for high-value referrals and regulatory guidance.
• Represent Taxbit at industry events to strengthen brand and executive relationships.
• Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and regional strategy.
• Support scalable partnership programs in EMEA with global leadership.
