Job summary

Navico Group, part of Brunswick, seeks an exceptional Sales Leader for the EMEA region to drive data-driven strategies, grow revenue, and expand market footprint across Marine, Mobile, and Industrial segments.

You will lead a high-performing, region-wide sales organization, forge executive relationships, and translate market insights into actionable strategies. Travel across EMEA is required; a strategic, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, incl. large dispersed teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in B2B/enterprise sales.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and executive relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and data analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall commercial strategy for the EMEA region and align with Marine, Mobile, and Industrial segments.
• Manage regional revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with major OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Lead scalable sales processes to improve productivity, forecast accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and market expansion.
• Represent EMEA in global sales leadership forums and contribute to enterprise planning.
