Job summary

Aliaxis Iberia is seeking an Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead and support Operational Excellence across EMEA manufacturing sites, based in Spain with up to 50% travel. You will coach teams, drive Lean and Six Sigma projects and standardize best practices regionally.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and HR to improve Safety, Delivery and Cost. Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus. Hybrid working options available according to business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical, manufacturing or operations discipline.
• 3-8 years of proven experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement environments.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Green Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across EMEA manufacturing sites.
• Coach and support local CI leaders and plant teams in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Facilitate Gemba walks, Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, visual management and standard work implementation.
• Deliver training programs on Continuous Improvement methodologies and capability development.
• Support the execution and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing programs and operational excellence initiatives.
• Track project progress, performance indicators and improvement benefits across EMEA sites.
• Develop and standardize playbooks, methodologies and best practices for regional deployment.
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
• Act as a change agent across the EMEA region, driving engagement, adoption and sustainability of Continuous Improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance and HR teams to drive operational performance improvement.
