Job summary

PowerCo seeks an Expert Factory Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of complex manufacturing systems. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and data-driven methods to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency across Sagunto plant.

You will design production layouts, build standard work, SOPs and digital tools to support ramp-up of new processes and sustainable performance gains across PowerCo’s plant network in Europe.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and increase performance.
• Drive standardization and replication of best practices across the PowerCo plant network.
• Design and optimize production systems, layouts, workflows, and capacity models.
