Cushman & Wakefield in Madrid is seeking a proactive HR Consultant to support the People Partnering team across Spain and Portugal. You will deliver Tier 2 HR support across the employee lifecycle, handling HR processes, onboarding, recruitment coordination and employee relations to create a seamless employee experience.

This role covers Iberia, working with managers and employees, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company standards.

Formación

• Good knowledge of Iberian best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2 guidance to managers and employees on HR processes and lifecycle matters.
• Support onboarding, recruitment coordination and local benefits administration.
• Coordinate payroll-related processes and compensation activities.
• Support performance management and talent processes.
• Handle employee relations matters and ensure proper documentation.
