Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Project Management to lead enterprise-level delivery across multiple FSP accounts. You will shape portfolio strategy, oversee governance, and drive growth while aligning with corporate objectives.

The role requires 12+ years in management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of regulatory affairs within pharma/biotech. Expect cross-functional leadership across global teams and a strong focus on innovation and digital enablement.

Formación

• Experience leading enterprise-level project oversight across multiple portfolios.

• Proven ability to drive growth through executive client management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight across multiple FSP portfolios and strategic client relationships.
• Develop and execute long-term portfolio strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead governance and business reviews with key FSP partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and repeat business.
• Champion organizational change and transformation programs.
• Drive adoption of digital technologies, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
