IQVIA is seeking a Director to lead the Clinical FSP Go-to-Market and Therapeutic Strategy. The role collaborates with Sales, BD and operations to craft customer solutions based on cross-functional requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in clinical research or FSP, with a strong grasp of delivery models, RFIs/RFPs, and executive storytelling. The position offers exposure to diverse geographies and a broad suite of healthcare data and analytics capabilities.

Formación

• 12+ years in clinical research, clinical operations, FSP, outsourcing or drug development.
• Strong understanding of Clinical FSP delivery models and hybrid constructs.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate capabilities into client value.
• Experience supporting RFIs/RFPs, proposals and bid defenses.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead go-to-market activity for Clinical FSP by translating strategy into customer-facing positioning.
• Partner with Sales, BD, and CFSP leadership to shape priority opportunities from early engagement through bid defenses.
• Provide FSP subject matter expertise and guidance on delivery models and pricing considerations.
• Create reusable materials, capability decks, battle cards and client-ready messaging for regional teams.
• Drive discovery discussions, workshops and capability presentations to expand customer base and growth.
