Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sr Project Manager for the Early Development Services Team in the EMEA region. The role requires Phase I experience and will lead cross-functional projects delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The position involves serving as the primary sponsor contact, managing escalation, and ensuring clear responsibilities across regions and vendors while upholding regulatory and SOP requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal qualification.
• 8+ years of related experience or equivalent track record.
• Strong project management knowledge, time, cost and quality focus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Experience with regulatory expectations and industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
• Ensure escalation pathways and clear communication channels internally and externally.
• Define responsibilities for secondary leads when required across regions or vendors.
• Accountable for overall delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality).
• Manage project-level finances, budget alignment and contract awareness.
• Set and manage customer expectations to ensure optimal delivery.
• Identify risks and resolve issues at the project level (RBQM/RESOLVE).
• Ensure team compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements.
