Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end projects across IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and more. The role requires excellent people management and organizational skills to guide initiatives in a complex, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2. Fluency in English and strong collaboration abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in financial services or digital transformation is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and ensure delivery of commitments.
• Coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish, including creating and maintaining the project plan.
• Report on project status, risks, and outcomes; escalate issues as necessary.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality, on-time product launches.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance and other departments.
