Job summary

Fiery is seeking a Manager, Finance Operations - EMEA based in Barcelona, with a hybrid work model. You will lead Finance operations for the EMEA region, partner with global teams, and drive process improvements and automation across P2P, billing, revenue-to-receipt, and VAT activities.

The role focuses on strengthening financial controls, supporting audits, and delivering operational excellence in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Finance/Accounting.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience across EMEA Finance Operations or multinational environments.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, entities and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Finance Operations across the EMEA region with accurate, timely processes.
• Serve as the primary regional Finance contact for EMEA with global teams.
• Guide Procure-to-Pay, billing, and revenue-to-receipt processes.
• Oversee financial transactions across EMEA entities with internal controls.
• Manage vendor and service-provider relationships, contracts, and queries.
• Support audits with internal and external teams; oversee cash management and banking.
