Job summary

Airwallex is revolutionising global banking and is seeking a strategic Revenue Operations leader for Spain based in Barcelona. You will build the operational backbone for the Spain commercial teams, drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal, and lead AI-enabled processes to boost revenue performance.

You will partner with regional leaders, deliver weekly performance insights, run country QBRs, and guide strategic projects across the EMEA region,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in commercial strategy/ops or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data modelling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Strategic Revenue Operations for Spain, building and running the operating backbone for performance tracking and territory development.
• Partner with leadership as the local strategist, providing weekly performance and forecasting support and country QBRs.
• Drive revenue strategy initiatives across EMEA, leading GTM and expansion projects including product-market-fit assessment and localization.
