ASICS EMEA is seeking a Credit Control Team Lead at our Iberia headquarters in Barcelona. You will oversee a team of 8, coordinating credit risk management, collections, and reporting across Spain, France and Italy.

The role partners with Sales, Logistics and Legal, ensuring adherence to the EMEA Credit Policy and timely decision-making. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 5+ years in credit/finance, and 2+ years of people leadership, with strong English and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing a team, preferably with remote people management.
• Experience in an international credit collection environment and SAP tools.

Responsabilidades

• Execute credit risk and cash collection procedures per policy.
• Ensure updates to EMEA Credit Policy and governance of processes.
• Lead weekly Credit Management reporting with cross-border teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Logistics departments.
• Support SAP S/4HANA-based credit decision processes and limits.
• Oversee dunning, collections and KPI tracking with the team.
• Escalate issues and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
