Alea in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Finance Analyst to own the end-to-end receivables, payments, and reconciliation cycle in a growing B2B environment. This role emphasizes understanding complex billing concepts, not just data entry, with opportunities to automate processes and implement controls.

You will collaborate with the finance team to monitor cash flow, improve reporting, and build scalable processes.

Formación

• Experience in audit, accounting, or finance/analyst role (2+ years).
• Exposure to full-cycle accounting (invoicing, reconciliation, reporting).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own the invoicing cycle: generate and issue invoices on time.
• Monitor payment status, follow up on overdue accounts, drive collections.
• Review supplier invoices vs underlying transactions; investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts; explain variances and maintain clean records.
• Prepare reporting on billing, collections, and account status.
