Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a Manager for Field Service Engineers to lead a team responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Vertiv and legacy equipment at customer sites across the EMEA region.

The role focuses on operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic oversight. The position requires formal engineering credentials and proven field service management experience.

Formación

• Formal Engineering qualification in a related field.
• Proven experience managing field service teams in technical environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Service Engineers across designated territories.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services.
• Drive team performance with KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Foster strong customer relationships, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify training needs and support the development of technical and soft skills within the team.
• Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize service coverage.
