CBRE Data Centre Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler/Planner to support the growth of our projects business. You will create, update, and coordinate schedules for mechanical and electrical construction projects across Europe.

You will work closely with team leaders to forecast resource use, manage critical paths, and report schedule performance to project leads, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with budget.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling.
• Experience in construction project planning/scheduling.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and manage the project schedule across engineering, construction, and finance activities.
• Participate in regular project team meetings across multiple projects.
• Ensure consistent scheduling methodology across projects.
• Prepare spend curves and cash-flow forecasts during the project life-cycle.
• Provide schedule analysis and metrics to stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project through lifecycle phases.
• Report on project statuses, trends, and risks.
