Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for the Regional EMEA team in Madrid. The role focuses on scheduling field technicians, coordinating logistics for complex installations of Automation and Clinical IT solutions, and ensuring quick, efficient service delivery to clients.

You will report to the Senior Manager, EMEA Customer Service, WITS, and collaborate across Installation and After-Sales teams.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics or customer service, preferably in medical diagnostics or healthcare.
• Fluent in English and at least one major EMEA language (Spanish, Italian, German or French).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks across cultures and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and prioritise field interventions for the Regional EMEA team.
• Manage and track logistics around interventions.
• Ensure effective interface between clients, Installation and After-Sales teams in EMEA Beckman Coulter.
