Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Workflow Automation Specialist to join the European Customer Care team. This remote role, based in Spain, reports to Customer Care and focuses on designing, implementing, and scaling workflow automation to boost efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across regions.

You will collaborate with Customer Care, Commercial, and Technology teams; drive standardized practices; monitor KPIs including NPS; travel up to 5%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, administration.
• Fluency in English, German, and Spanish.
• Experience improving sales support or customer service workflows using data-driven, process-oriented practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support Customer Care excellence by implementing standardized best practices across the region.
• Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Commercial, and Technology teams across regions to deliver effective solutions.
• Improve customer onboarding through consistent and practical process design.
• Define performance metrics, including NPS, to continuously improve customer experience.
