Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for Workflow and IT Solutions. You will manage scheduling, logistics, and support for Automation and Clinical IT installations across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in dispatch or customer service, proficiency in English and another EMEA language, and strong time-management skills. This position includes a flexible remote-work arrangement.

Customer Service Coordinator – Workflow and IT Solutions (WITS)

This role supports the Regional EMEA Customer Service, Workflow and IT Solutions team. The coordinator manages scheduling, logistics, and support for complex Automation and Clinical IT installations, ensuring efficient service delivery across the EMEA region. The coordinator reports to the Senior Manager, EMEA Customer Service, WITS.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Coordinate and prioritize field interventions within the Regional EMEA team.
• Manage and track logistics for field interventions.
• Act as the interface between clients, the Installation Team, and the After Sales Automation and Clinical IT team.

The Essential Requirements Of The Position Include

• Minimum 2‑3 years experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service, preferably in medical diagnostics or healthcare.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other major EMEA language (Spanish, Italian, German, French). Additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.

It would be a plus if you also have prior experience in the following areas

• Proficiency with dispatch software and tools (Service Max, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Additional language proficiency.
