Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, invites applications for a remote role based in Spain as a Workflow Automation Specialist. You will design, implement, and scale workflow improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction within the European Customer Care Team.

The role requires fluency in English, German, and Spanish, and a solid track record in automating processes using Oracle, Salesforce, MS Office/Outlook, and UIPath.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration
• Fluency in English, German, and Spanish
• Experience improving sales support or customer service workflows using data‑driven practices
• Advanced proficiency with workflow, automation, and analytics tools (Oracle, Salesforce, MS Office/Outlook, UIPath)

Responsabilidades

• Support Customer Care excellence by helping implement standardized best practices across the region.
• Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process enhancements.
• Work closely with Customer Care, Commercial, and Technology teams across regions to deliver effective solutions.
• Improve customer onboarding through consistent and practical process design.
• Help customers adopt scalable procurement approaches and define performance metrics, including NPS, to continuously improve customer experience.
