Arclin is seeking a Customer Operations Manager for the EMEA region. The role leads customer service, order management, and supply chain collaboration to support a cohesive regional model across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, develop regional capability, and ensure alignment with global standards while navigating diverse regulatory and market requirements. Fluency in English is required, other European languages are a plus.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in customer operations across EMEA.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-country teams within EMEA.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty materials, industrial manufacturing or related industries preferred.
• Fluent English; additional European language capability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Customer Operations activities across the EMEA region, ensuring consistent execution of customer service, order management, and fulfillment processes across multiple countries.
• Oversee the regional order-to-cash process, including order entry, management, invoicing support, and issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships with key customers to support supply continuity and service excellence.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Regulatory, and other teams to align regional priorities with global standards.
