Rocket Lab in Madrid is seeking a Customer Growth Analyst to manage client relationships, drive retention, upsell opportunities, and align cross-functional strategies with Sales and Operations.

The role is a temporary maternity cover based in Madrid, with flexible hours and opportunities to become permanent depending on business needs. English proficiency required; experience in mobile advertising preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of Account Management experience.
• Minimum 1 year in Mobile Advertising industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven mindset and results-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relationships and onboarding.
• Lead meetings to review performance and growth opportunities.
• Oversee billing processes and resolve client concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align KPI and acquisition strategies.
• Prepare performance reports for clients.
