Axon seeks a Corporate Counsel to join its contracts and corporate team in Madrid. You will partner with Sales, IT, Product, and external teams to structure and negotiate complex transactions and build scalable contracting processes.

In-office presence is required 4 days a week (Tue–Fri), with travel up to 15% as needed. Qualified candidates have 5+ years of in-house or equivalent experience negotiating commercial contracts, JD and bar admission, and strong knowledge of global procurement and

Formación

• J.D. and active bar membership in US, UK, or EU.
• Minimum 5 years negotiating complex commercial contracts (in-house preferred).
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, hardware, and services agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Support EMEA sales with potential expansion to other regions.
• Structure, review and negotiate contracts for goods, services and SaaS.
• Lead, supervise and mentor Contracts Managers.
• Develop and enforce contract playbooks and risk frameworks.
• Oversee contract lifecycle processes and CLM implementation.
• Provide regulatory and compliance guidance as needed.
• Travel up to 15% as required.
