BVGroup in Gibraltar is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support the Legal team across commercial, corporate, regulatory and strategic matters with a focus on B2B and SaaS initiatives. You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex SaaS and technology agreements, support licensing and corporate restructurings, and provide practical, business-focused legal advice to both B2B and B2C stakeholders.

On-site role based in Gibraltar.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience in UK, Gibraltar, or EU.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating technology, software licensing, SaaS agreements.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills; able to lead complex negotiations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Commercial and Finance teams.
• In-house experience in a tech/SaaS business.
• Experience supporting corporate restructurings and cross-border matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting, reviewing and negotiation of SaaS and technology agreements.
• Provide legal support for SaaS strategy and licensing.
• Develop scalable contracting processes and playbooks for B2B/SaaS activities.
• Draft and negotiate B2C commercial agreements including marketing and data processing.
• Advise on intra-group arrangements and cross-border corporate matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel on disputes and regulatory matters.
