Vip District, part of the Epassi Group, seeks an experienced Legal Counsel in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid). You will be the primary legal advisor for VIP District in Spain and Portugal, guiding operations in corporate, privacy, contracts, employment and consumer law while supporting Italy and Germany.

You will lead negotiations and cross-border inquiries. You will draft and review commercial agreements in Spanish and English, provide ad hoc support across markets, and train teams on contracting,

Formación

• Qualified lawyer in Spain with a master's degree from a reputable university.
• 4–8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house and/or from a law firm.
• Significant experience with commercial contracts and client negotiations.
• Knowledge of data regulation in general, including the AI Act.
• Solid understanding of corporate and employment law.
• Excellent drafting skills in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Primary legal advisor for VIP District in Spain on corporate law, privacy, contracts, employment and consumer law.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in Spanish and English.
• Provide ad hoc legal support in other VIP District countries (Portugal, Germany, Italy).
• Advise on employee benefits, taxation and marketing.
• Train colleagues on contracting, data protection, and other relevant topics.
• Contribute to group-wide legal projects.
