Craft Worldwide in Madrid invites a Capacity Lead to drive workforce execution across Production Management, Studio, and Content Solutions. You will oversee the regional Resource Management team, ensuring talent is deployed to protect delivery integrity, optimize utilization, and sustain margin through disciplined routing and internalization-first principles.

Operating within the enterprise Workforce Strategy model, you will partner with Channel Leads and regional leadership to align revenue

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in agency production, studio operations, resource management, or workforce planning within a multi-channel delivery environment.
• Proven leadership of Resource Management teams and functions, overseeing allocation across distinct delivery models (Production, Studio, Creative Solutions).
• Deep understanding of utilization metrics, nonbillable trend analysis, and channel-level margin drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in Workfront or comparable resource management/planning systems.
• Demonstrated executive partnership and influence with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Resource Managers across all delivery channels.
• Establish consistent enterprise resourcing standards and governance.
• Ensure allocation models reflect delivery complexity and ratio discipline.
• Eliminate channel silos through shared visibility and coordinated redeployment.
• Oversee producer/EP allocation with attention to delivery risk and limited swap tolerance.
• Protect margin through disciplined internalization and routing.
