Job summary

Westernacher Consulting is expanding its Warehouse Management Practice with a new SAP EWM Market Development Lead based in Madrid. You will shape go-to-market plans, lead business development, and drive multi-year growth across Spain, collaborating with SAP and key partners.

In this strategic role, you will oversee end-to-end sales, align delivery resources, and engage with clients at executive levels to secure successful projects. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive EWM/WM experience as a consultant, solution architect or project manager.
• SAP pre-sales or sales experience.
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and developing customer proposals.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for SAP Warehouse Management in Spain.
• Generate leads and opportunities by partnering with SAP and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process and defend proposals to clients.
• Take pivotal delivery leadership roles such as Project Director or Program Manager.
