Jobgether partner is seeking an experienced Program Director: Coding Data in Spain for fully remote leadership of complex AI and data programs. You will own the execution of a sizeable portfolio of projects, turning strategic objectives into reliable, high-quality production outcomes.

The role blends technology consulting, program leadership, technical oversight, and client management in a fast-moving AI environment.

Formación

• 10+ years in technology consulting or digital transformation.
• 5+ years in program or portfolio management with multi-million budgets.
• Proven AI/data/ML/LLM deployment experience from concept to production.
• Hands-on software engineering or data science background; read code and provide input.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics for complex AI programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology initiatives, incl. LLM-powered products.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and commercial objectives.
• Translate challenges into defined workstreams, architectures, and delivery plans.
• Establish governance, cadences, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with client researchers, C-levels, product leaders, data teams, and engineers.
• Lead design reviews and provide technical oversight for robust, secure solutions.
• Embed responsible AI practices, including privacy, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance governance.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across delivery functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and operating models.
• Support BD to translate delivery into client outcomes and revenue growth.
