Teleperformance Spain, based in Barcelona, leads a strategic new AI-powered Sales Growth program launching in August 2026, positioning TP as a key EMEA hub for cross-market initiatives and growth.

As Team Leader, you will drive the full sales cycle across multiple markets, build a high-performing multilingual sales team, and partner with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting and outreach cadences.

Formación

• Fluency in English (C1) required.
• Minimum 18 months experience as Team Leader.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Good people skills with strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Consultative sales knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets.
• Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance.
• Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers.
• Collaborating with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.
• Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up.
• Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
