Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Team Leader to drive the commercial engine for a strategic new program across multiple EMEA markets. You will lead outbound pipeline, engage with property managers in consultative sales, and collaborate with Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting and outreach cadences.

You will build and scale a high-performing multilingual sales team and leverage data-driven insights to optimize acquisition workflows.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 18 months of experience as a Sales Team Leader.
• English level: Proficient (C1).
• Good people skills and strong leadership, analytical and communication abilities.
• Consultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plus.

Responsabilidades
