MiniMed is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for the EMEA region to manage end-to-end AP activities in SAP, coordinating with the BPO provider and internal teams. You will ensure timely, accurate payments while maintaining strong process controls and vendor relationships.

The role requires 5-7 years in AP/P2P, experience with SAP, and a collaborative mindset to work across countries and cultures in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in accounts payable or procure to pay, preferably in a shared service center environment.
• Experience working in a shared services and/or outsourced BPO environment. Hands-on SAP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end AP activities for the EMEA region in SAP.
• Coordinate with the BPO provider to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor queries with stakeholders.
• Support month-end close and AP reporting activities.
• Maintain vendor accounts and AP aging visibility to identify issues.
