MiniMed is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist, EMEA, to support end-to-end AP activities across the region within the Procure to Pay function. You will process invoices in SAP, coordinate with a BPO provider, and help ensure accurate payments and month-end close.

The role requires 5–7 years' experience in AP, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication across cross-functional teams. English proficiency is essential for a multinational environment and regional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in accounts payable / Procure-to-Pay.
• Experience in shared services or outsourced BPO environment.
• Hands-on SAP experience with end-to-end AP processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end AP activities for the EMEA region in SAP.
• Collaborate with BPO to ensure timely processing and quality.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and blocked invoices.
• Support payment cycles and ensure adherence to controls.
• Maintain vendor accounts and AP aging; follow up on items.
• Provide guidance within AP team and support process improvements.
