Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to lead software development for high-integrity airborne real-time systems. You will drive full lifecycle activities from requirements to target implementation, guiding design decisions and major project developments.
The role requires strong expertise in real-time software, C/C++, Ada, RTOS (VxWorks/Linux-RT), and DO-178B/C certification, with English and Spanish proficiency.
Formación
- Educated in a Telecommunication, IT, Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Responsabilidades
- Work at all levels of embedded software development according to Sw standards (requirements, design, coding, verification, configuration, docs).
- Partner with Product/Program Managers, System Engineers and Validation to drive software products.
- Participate in planning and scope for team projects.
- Support Product Owners and PMs to deliver high-quality software on time.
- Commit and deliver high-quality software on time, cost and quality.
- Promote innovation across the department.
- Conceives team structure and adjust to maximize agility and efficiency.
