Responsibilities

• Daily email marketing, coordination, creation, and execution of campaigns
• Daily work with data management systems, technical platforms, AI tools
• Analysis and optimization of email campaign performance (statistics, reports, etc.)
• Coordination with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure that email campaigns for events and programs are communicated effectively worldwide
• Solid knowledge about best practices of email and GDPR compliance
• Email marketing projects as needed, including redesigning HTML templates, email channel/industry improvements & updates, creative & design improvements
• Occasional coordination with agencies for creative and technical projects
